¿En qué consiste el tratamiento de miomas uterinos por radiofrecuencia?

Una ves disminuido el tamaño del mioma, que debe tener un tamaño inicial inferior a siete centímetros, este puede extraerse vía vaginal. Este tratamiento es mínimamente invasivo y la paciente puede volver a su vida normal el mismo día.

¿Es un tratamiento recomendable para todas las personas?
Aunque el tratamiento de ablación por radiofrecuencia es un método seguro, siempre hay excepciones. En este caso, si estás pasando por un embarazo, a parte de sufrir miomas te han diagnosticado cáncer uterino o la cantidad de los miomas es superior a 5, o el mioma es superior a 7 centímetros, entre otras excepciones, no podrás recibir el tratamiento.
